Dog ringworm quick cures???

I have a ringworm problem that isn”t going away. My dog has had it since October 15, it is now December 4. I have taken her to the vet twice. Skin scrap was positive for ringworm for 3 patches on her mussle (one right on her lip where she can lick it). Our vet first put her on Cavamox, 2 pills of Program (given 2wks apart), and topical Tresaderm (twice/day). Well, that only improved it alittle, so then we used (topical) Clotrimozole and held her mussle shut for 5-10 minutes (3 times a day). It has gotten better but still not gone. Our vet didn”t give any other advice for getting rid of it finally for good. So..my question is, is there something else I can give her or do that will clear it up quickly? I wonder if I could use human products on her because she can LICK them, or somekind of home remedy? Also, how do I know it is gone, what do I look for? What you are experiencing is pretty normal. At minimum it takes 3 weeks to clear but it is often 6-8 weeks.

Here are some things you can do.

Give a bath with Melaseb shampoo every day, available from a vet or you can find it online I’m sure. They also make wipes you can just wipe on the spots.
